Tim Ho Wan unveils new gourmet surprises, available till 27 June

Tim Ho Wan has added seven brand new dim sum dishes to its menu. Four of these dishes pay tribute to the authentic Hong Kong style dishes which the natives have long loved. A local spin has been put on the remaining three dishes. They are created using traditional cooking techniques that are practised by many chefs in Hong Kong. A culmination of time, effort and inspiration, these dishes are bound to appeal to Singaporeans’ palates.
