I'm always on the lookout for good eyeliners. Here's a collection of all that i got. Liquid eyeliner creates a dramatic, strong line that really emphasizes the shape of your eye. Among all my liquid eyeliners, my favorite and most frequently used is the one from K-Palette. I hate eye liners that will smudge.
