1.0 How to participate1.1 The "Stand to win an IPAD MINI all day every day for 1 month" (herein after referred to as the 'Promotion") period is only valid from 0000hrs 1st April 2013 to 2359hrs 30th April 2013 (herein after referred to as the "Promotion Period").
1.2 A single receipt with a minimum purchase of SGD $12 worth of Kotex® Products will give each participant 1 chance to participate in the "Promotion" through a SMS entry submitted in the manner set out below.
1.3 Only original valid receipts from participating vendors dated between 1st April 2013 and 30th April 2013 will be deem acceptable and allowed to participate in the Promotion.
1.4 Each original unique receipt will qualify as 1 single chance to participate in the Promotion.
1.5 All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the Promotion.
1.6 All original receipt must be retained as proof of purchase and produced upon collection of the prize for verification.
1.7 Submission of SMS entry to the hand-phone number + 65 9358 8981 must be in the following format to be deemed as a qualified entrant to any of the daily draws.

2.1 Each participant can submit multiple SMS entries. However, each SMS entry must be accompanied by a unique and original receipt number meeting the minimum purchase basket size of SGD$12 worth of Kotex® products in a single transaction receipt.
2.2 Cost of all SMS entries submitted shall be borne by participant at the current standard SMS charges levied by participant respective telecom operator. All standard operator traffic charges may apply.
2.3 Participants aged 21 years old and below must seek parental consent. The Promoter will not bear any charges incurred for each SMS sent by the participants and will not be responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to any SMS or online entry not received for whatever reasons.
2.4 The Promotion is open only to citizens and permanent residents of Singapore. The Promoter reserves the right to request for relevant documents for authentication of participants.
3.0 How to win
3.1 All SMS entries will be compiled and exported on a daily basis for the administration of the lucky draw.
3.2 Daily cut-off timing for submission of contest SMS entries will be from the 0000hrs of each day beginning 1st April 2013 till 2359hrs of the same day (herein after referred to as "Draw Day') until the last day of promo period on 30th April 2013.
3.3 Any submission of SMS entry after 2359hrs of each day within the "Promotion Period" will be counted towards the next day's draw
3.4 All daily SMS entries will be placed through a randomized selection of 1 lucky winner daily by a computerized system in the presence of 2 neutral parties at our appointed agency as below;

3.5 All queries related to the Promotion should be directed to our appointed agency; Oro Redemption Centre.
3.6 All winners will be contacted by phone via the contact number provided in the SMS
3.7 All winners will be contacted within 3 working days up to a maximum of 3 times for arrangement of prize collection between 1100hrs to 1730hrs Singapore Time (GMT+8) during normal working days (Monday - Friday). Any failed attempt to contact winners upon the third phone call (For any reason whatsoever), such winner will be deem disqualified and a new draw will be administered to derive a new winner from the same daily database by which the original winner was derived.
3.8 All winners will have their names and photos published on Kotex SG Facebook Fan page with the following site address:https://www.facebook.com/iknowmovement and published in Today newspaper within 7 days following determination of all the winners.
3.9 Winners will unreservedly agree for Kimberly Clark Singapore Pte Ltd to use their photos in any form of public or internal communication pertaining to the brand or for publicity purposes.
3.10 All winners must bring along their original NRIC photo identification with the original valid receipt as proof of purchase on the day of prize collection.
3.11 Winners who are unable to produce their original valid receipt with exact matching receipt number and details to their SMS entry upon prize collection will be deemed disqualified and will not be allowed to collect their prizes. Receipts which are reprinted, photocopied, tampered, stolen, forged, mutilated or unrecognizable will not be accepted as proof of purchase, and the corresponding entries will be deemed disqualified. Winners who are unable to produce their original NRIC photo identification will also be deemed disqualified and will not be allowed to collect their prizes.
3.12 All winners will be required to sign participation/ Release agreement in the form required by the Promoter of the contest in order to claim the prize.

3.14 All prizes must be redeemed within 2 months of announcement of all the winners. All unclaimed prizes thereafter will be forfeited and donated to the Community Chest or a charity approved by the Minister.
4.0 Prizes
4.1 The following prizes may be won during the Promotion Period ;
4.1.1 Thirty (30) IPAD MINI (16GB WIFI ONLY, BLACK VARIANT) with no additional accessories worth $448
4.2 The value of the prize is accurate as at the date of printing. KCS is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
4.3 Each original valid receipt will give each participant 1 chance to win in the daily draw
4.4 Each original valid receipt SMS entry submission within a "Draw Day" will only be allowed to participate in the draw once and any re-submission of the same original valid receipt SMS entry with the same receipt number on a separate "Draw Day" will not be counted towards the draw.
4.5 Multiple submissions of different original valid receipts SMS entry by one participant is allowed, but each participant (by unique NRIC/Fin number) may only win once over the entire Promotion Period.
4.6 All prizes are final and cannot be exchanged for cash or like.

5.3.1.3 A unique serialized receipt number
5.3.1.4 Company or store name
5.3.1.5 Date of purchase
5.4 All Kotex® trademark products range sold in Singapore will qualify for this Promotion.
6.0 Other Terms and Conditions
6.1 All employees and family members of the employees (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of Kimberly Clark (Singapore) Pte Ltd , its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies and KCS's advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate in this Promotion
6.2 KCS reserves the right to disqualify incomplete SMS entries or SMS entries which do not comply with the instructions set out.
6.3 KCS reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
6.4 Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions set out. KCS is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a participant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion, or accepting or using the prize.
6.5 By participating in this promotion, you agree to the disclosure of your name, mobile phone, mailing address and NRIC number to KCS or to any party for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the draw, and for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner KCS deems fit, and you also consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from KCS from time to time. If a participant does not wish to receive such information, the participant may inform KCS by calling 1800 - 4844437 from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm or emailing to singapore.consumer.marketing@kcc.com.
6.6 KCS reserves the right to disclose and publish the name and any other particulars of the winners (including photographs) for publicity purposes and by participating in the lucky draw, the winners agree to co-operate with and participate in such publicity activities without any payment or compensation.
6.7 KCS reserves the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion at its discretion without any prior notice or liability.
6.8 All decisions made by KCS in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final.
6.9 In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these set of terms and conditions shall prevail.
